Supporter Information: Scottish Cup Final
20 May 2022We want our supporters to have a safe and enjoyable day out to the national stadium on this exciting occasion, and would ask fans to take note of some important information before heading to the game.
Rangers v Hearts, Saturday 21 May 2022, 3pm
Tickets:
Tickets for the Hearts end at Hampden are sold out, with no stock remaining. Supporters who have purchased match tickets and have still to collect them must do so by 11.45am on Saturday (Saturday 21). The ticket office is open from 9am - 5pm today (Friday 20)
The ticket office will open at 9am on Saturday for final collections. If you have any queries relating to tickets, please drop our ticketing team an email at tickets@homplc.co.uk who will make every effort to assist you.
Travel:
Parking Restrictions:
Supporters attending Hampden should be aware that the area immediately surrounding the stadium is mainly residential and the availability of on-street parking is extremely limited due to event specific parking restrictions.
Where possible, fans should use public transport to get to and from the stadium, if not travelling by organised coach/bus. Parking wardens will be in operation on the day of the game, and you could risk getting a ticket.
Travelling by train:
It is strongly advised that Hearts supporters travelling by train should alight at King's Park station. Rangers' supporters are being encouraged to use Mount Florida station. Additional ScotRail carriages and services will run both pre and post match. Please remember that alcohol is not permitted onboard ScotRail trains.
By Supporters Coach:
Supporters’ buses should take the following routes to Hampden:
M8/M73 to M74 Jct 1A (Polmadie) – onto Polmadie Road towards Stadium and follow directions from Police motorcyclists to allocated supporters bus parking areas in the east of stadium area.
M8 Eastbound: Continue on the M8 to junction 1 of the M74, (offside lane). Exit the M74 at Junction 1A (Polmadie) and follow the route above.
M8 Westbound: Exit the M8 at junction 20 (nearside lane), merge onto West Street, turn left into Wallace Street, keep left to continue on Dalintober Street, merge onto M74, exit the M74 at junction 1A (Polmadie) and follow the route above.
A8 Westbound: Continue onto the M8 to Junction 8 (Baillieston) and join the M73 southbound. Thereafter take the offside lane to join the M74 and follow the above route.
Club coaches would need to follow the above route as well and should only deviate if they possess a specific Hampden Car Park pass. This should be prominently displayed so the motorcycles are aware.
Coach parking is available for those with car parking passes in the Purple Car Park - Off Aitkenhead Road.

Be respectful
Fans are reminded that Hampden is situated within a residential area and are asked to be respectful of the surroundings and not engage in any form of anti-social behaviour such as noise, littering, trespassing or public urination.
Stadium security and access:
Turnstiles will open at 1:30pm (90 minutes prior to kick-off)
Searching is a condition of entry to the stadium and anyone who does not agree to be searched when requested or who fails comply with the instructions of stewards or police will be denied entry to the stadium, as will any supporter who is deemed to have consumed excess alcohol.
Flags on a pole must be no longer than 1m in length. Drums are permitted, subject to searching.
We must ask supporters not to attempt to smuggle contraband into the stadium. The club advises in the strongest manner possible not to do this.
Drug and pyro detection dogs will be deployed at entry points.
Fans are reminded not to engage in any form of unacceptable conduct. Supporters should not attempt to take any article in to the stadium that could cause or be part of any incident of unacceptable conduct - this includes alcohol, flares, smoke devices or any type of pyro - and anyone who engages in or contributes to unacceptable conduct will face sanctions from the club.
Any supporter who enters trackside and/or the pitch is likely to be arrested and charged, and will be subject to club sanctions.
Do not attend the match if you have any of the general symptoms of COVID-19
Please adhere to the advice of the stewards and staff and stadium public address messages.
