Supporters attending Hearts’ William Hill Premiership match against Dundee at Dens Park on Saturday should read the following information.
Turnstiles will open at 4:30pm. Hearts fans should enter via turnstiles 33-38.
Tickets
Ticket sales are managed directly by Dundee FC. There will be NO cash gate at the stadium. Click here to buy.
Tickets are for an allocated seat and supporters should sit in the seat shown on their ticket.
Searching is a condition of entry and refusal to cooperate will result in entry being denied. Supporters deemed to have consumed excess alcohol will be refused entry.
Fans are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics which are inherently unstable and dangerous to the user and those in proximity.
Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.
Kiosks- Catering within the Shankly Stand is CASH only.
This is a “NO SMOKING” stadium and there is NO facility to exit, then re-enter. Anyone found smoking in the stadium will be ejected.
Flags no longer than 2metres are permitted.
Parking
Parking around the stadium is strictly controlled om match days and fixed penalty tickets of £100 will be issued to those breaching the traffic regulations. Supporters should check local signage for details.
