Hearts Partner with The Football Company

29 August 2024

Heart of Midlothian is delighted to announce an exciting new partnership with the Football Company, a leading provider of LED digital advertising solutions.

As part of this collaboration, the Football Company has worked with the club’s in-house IT department, the NCD Group, and Elecmech to install seven state-of-the-art large screens in key areas across the stadium. Fans will now be able to enjoy sports action, line up news, and league results on two large screens in the Main Stand, Wheatfield Stand, and Gorgie Stand, with one large screen in the home side of the Roseburn Stand.

In addition to the concourse screens, the club has introduced new LED screens in our hospitality lounges, with most suites seeing their existing displays doubled in size. This upgrade will provide our hospitality guests with an unparalleled viewing experience of sports action on matchdays.

Supporters will have spotted our new vomitory screens at our previous home fixtures this season, giving us a second tier of LED board advertising space above the concourse walkways.

This partnership with the Football Company marks the continuation of a longstanding relationship that has already seen the Football Company provide our pitch side LED displays for many seasons.

These stadium upgrades are part of our ongoing commitment to enhance the matchday experience for supporters, with the brand-new concourse and lounge screens making their debut during our UEFA play-off home leg against Viktoria Plzen this Thursday evening!

Catriona McCallum, Hearts’ Commercial and Marketing Director, commented:

“We’re thrilled to further develop our relationship with The Football Company through this partnership. Not only is this new collaboration an exciting commercial venture for the club which will help bring in significant additional revenue, but the deal was structured in a creative way that meant minimal financial outlay for the club.

The introduction of the concourse and vomitory screens takes Tynecastle Park to the next level, providing further advertising opportunities to club partners and sponsors, whilst, most importantly, enhancing the matchday experience for supporters. It has been an amazing effort from the team to get a project of this scale completed in such short timescales and our thanks go to our internal IT Team, Elecmech, The NCD Group and of course The Football Company and their suppliers for all the long hours and dedication to the project.”

Kenny Wittman, Managing Director at The Football Company, added:

“We are delighted to extend our partnership with Hearts and become an Official Partner.

There have been many changes to Tynecastle Park since we started providing LED to the Club in 2010, it’s great to be part of the latest upgrade.”
