For supporters travelling via train, St. James’ railway station is directly across from the away North end of the SMiSA stadium and is a 2-minute train journey from Paisley Gilmour Street, on the main line from Glasgow, but please check times beforehand due to ongoing industrial action.

Gilmour Street station is in County Square in the town centre where most pubs and restaurants are located. Walking to the stadium from the town takes approximately 20 minutes but there is also a taxi rank in County Square.

The stadium is located just off St. James roundabout on the M8. Please be aware of low bridges surrounding the stadium on Greenhill Road, Murray Street and Underwood Road. Hearts fans should enter the North Stand via the first gate on Ferguslie Park Avenue.

Stadium rules

The SMiSA Stadium is strictly a no smoking and vaping stadium.

The kiosks accept both cash and card.

Searching is a condition of entry and refusal to cooperate will result in entry being denied. Any supporter deemed to have consumed excess alcohol will be refused entry.

Fans are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics which are inherently unstable and dangerous to the user and those in proximity.

Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.

Flags should be within regulations and must have a fire certificate. No offensive or political flags will be allowed, and no flags will be allowed to cover advertising boards within the stadium. Flags can be placed at the rear of the away stand and the stewards will facilitate this.
