Supporter Information: Aberdeen (A)

Supporters heading to Pittodrie on Sunday for Hearts' William Hill Premiership match against Aberdeen should read the following information. 

 

No tickets for sale on matchday from Pittodrie Stadium.

Ticket collections for visiting away supporters will be distributed from the ticket collection booth in the South Stand walkway, near to the away turnstiles.

Supporters buses should park on the West side of the Golf Road car park.  There will be no charge for buses and there is no access for away supporter’s cars.  On no account should away supporter buses drop off any passengers anywhere around the stadium other than within the Golf Road car park unless they drop off in town and arrive empty.

Buses will not be permitted entry into carpark until 1400hrs (unless empty)

Turnstiles open at 1400hrs.

Kiosks within stadium accept both cash and card

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the stadium. 

 

Searching is a condition of entry and refusal to co-operate will result in entry being denied.

 

Supporters deemed to have consumed excess alcohol will be refused entry.

 

Fans are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics which are inherently unstable and dangerous to the user and those in proximity.

 

Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.
