Supporter Information: Hearts vs Aberdeen

Supporters heading to Hampden on Saturday for Hearts’ Scottish Cup semi-final against Aberdeen should read the following information.

 

Tickets

 

Tickets are now no longer on sale for this match.

 

The Ticket Office and Clubstore will be closed on Saturday, 19th April.

 

The ticket resolution area for the Hearts Supporters will be at the South West corner.

 

Tickets have now been sent out by the Scottish FA.

 

We strongly advise supporters attending to download the Hampden Tickets App to check their tickets have arrived. The QR code for entry to the stadium will activate on the day of the game only. 

 

Supporters who can’t see their tickets should contact tickets@homplc.co.uk immediately. 

 

Supporters’ buses and travel information

 

Supporters’ buses with car parking passes will park in the blue car park entrance via Letherby Drive.

Supporters’ buses with no car park pass to park as directed by Police Scotland

Route to the stadium as provided by Police Scotland

Hearts buses will be directed to the west of the stadium.

 

M8/M74 to M77 – exit M77 at Jct 1 (Dumbreck) – onto Dumbreck Road to Titwood Road (Low Bridge on Titwood Road 4.2m or 13’9” - Diversion required depending on height of bus via Haggs Road/Shawmoss Road), Minard Road onto Langside Avenue B768. Thereafter follow direction from Police motorcyclists to allocate supporters bus parking areas in the west of stadium area.

Stadium information

 

Turnstiles will open at 11am and supporters are encouraged to arrive in plenty of time.

 

Kiosks within the stadium are card only.

 

Dogs trained to detect pyrotechnics will be in position at the turnstiles.

 

No persons wearing balacalvas will be allowed entry to the stadium.

 

Searching is a condition of entry and refusal to cooperate will result in entry being denied. Supporters deemed to have consumed excess alcohol will be refused entry.

 

Fans are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics which are inherently unstable and dangerous to the user and those in proximity.

 

Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.

 

A reminder that the club will be billed for any damages caused to the stadium.
