Hearts fans in Plzen heading to tonight's Europa League play-off tie should read the following information.

Hearts fans are reminded not to purchase tickets for the home end. The home end will be subject to ticket and Czech residency checks, therefore away fans will not be permitted entry and no refunds will be issued.

Czech police have requested that Hearts fans stay away from The Square of the Republic as this will be in use by home fans. Czech police recommend that visiting fans should make their way to the stadium along the river, as shown below.

The away turnstiles will open at 17.30 and Hearts fans should enter via Sections U12 and U13. The approach is shown in the picture below.

Searching is a condition of entry and refusal to cooperate will result in entry being denied. Supporters deemed to have consumed excess alcohol will be refused entry.

No backpacks or bags will be permitted inside the stadium however there will be a dropoff point outside for fans to deposit their bags and collect after the game.

In previous seasons, the club has been subjected to costly fines due to pyro use and projectiles thrown. We cannot stress enough that no pyro should be brought to the stadium, nor should any kind of projectile be thrown at any point inside.

Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.

Supporters should be aware that they may potentially be held back at full time.
